• Eligible Returns: In-city orders only. Products must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags intact.

• Non-Returnable Items:

  • Discounted or coupon-applied products

  • On-sale/clearance items

  • Out-of-stock items or products without available sizes

• Return Options: Eligible returns can be refunded as store credit or money back.

• Shipping Costs: Customers cover delivery and return costs if the issue is on their side (e.g., wrong size, change of mind). Raaz Attire covers shipping only for errors on our part (e.g., wrong item or defective product).

• Exchanges: Available if the item is in stock and for the same product in a different size or color.
